For Tutors:

1. In registering with iTutor Agency, the information provided about yourself and your qualification must be as complete and accurate as possible and will not attempt to mislead students/parents using iTutor Agency's services. iTutor Agency reserves all rights to delete your account.
2. To register with iTutor Agency as a tutor or instructor, you must be at least 18 years of age. Under the age of 18, you must obtain your parent or legal guardian's permission.
3. 3. Tutor's contact information, i.e. telephone number, and/or email will ONLY be revealed to the parent/student who is successfully matched to you. Your privacy is fully protected.
4. As a rule of thumb, when requested by the parent/student, you must produce documents to verify your academic qualifications. iTutor Agency reserves the rights to terminate your assignments if such documents are refused.
5. Being a tutor of iTutor Agency, a commission of 50% of the tuition fee for the first cycle (typically first 4 weeks) should be made payable to iTutor Agency by the parent/student on the first lesson of tuition. The remaining 50% is paid out to the tutor after the first cycle. The calculation is based on the full completion of the first cycle.
6. You will be charged $50.00 if you knowingly accepted (verbal or written) the assignment but decided to reject it without 48 hours prior notice.
7. The minimum contractual and commitment period is 1 month. Tutors will be liable for the 50% of the tuition fees for 1 full cycle (4 weeks) if they failed to complete the minimum 1 month tuition period. The parent will still pay the tutor for the number of lessons conducted.
8. If the tuition is cancelled during the first month by the parent, we will collect commission based on the table below:
   

   If cancelled on the 1st lesson	We will collect 0% commission.
   2nd lesson or more	We will collect 50% commission of the fees for the lessons conducted.

9. If you fail to turn up on the first lesson and did not inform the parent/coordinator (SMS is not considered as informing), it will be considered as you had rejected the assignment and will be liable for $50 as stated in point 6.
10. You should not indicate your contact details on your profile, other than the allocated fields.
11. iTutor Agency will from time to time update the terms and conditions required without notice to suit the ever-challenging environment.
12. iTutor Agency will not be responsible for any injury, damages, disputes, claims or loss of any kind that may arise between tutor and parent/student. iTutor Agency is not responsible for any dispute or conflict that may arise between the tutor and parent/student. We however in our own discretion help to resolve the conflict.
13. iTutor Agency will not be held liable for the information accuracy provided by parents/students and Tutors. We will endeavor in every way possible to ensure that information provided is correct and updated. iTutor Agency will not be held responsible for any liability, injury, damages, claim, or loss of any sort due to any errors in the information in our web site, or in any material obtained via iTutor Agency.
