Updating of your account

Your particulars are updated instantly on your profile once you click on 'save'. No more waiting time of 24 hours for your profile to be updated.

If you have enough of your assignments, just simply select 'No' for 'Availability to teach'.

Username URL

Advertise your tutor profile to any websites with an username url that ends with your account username: http://itutor.com.sg/username. No more memorising of the hard-to-remember tutor ID.

iTutor Post Office

We aim to create a community where tutors can get to interact with each other through our Post Office and connecting with your friends in iTutor. You will be entited to a mailbox. Please note that no spamming and advertising is allowed. All the mails will be checked by our administrators. We take spamming seriously and your account will be terminated if we found any spam mails from you.

Certificate Verification

This feature allows you to gain credibility. Once you had submitted your digital copies to us, we will store them in a different server for privacy reasons. We will then indicate on your profile, the certified results.

We will also assist to send the digital copies to the parent/student before the first lesson so that you need not bring along your certificates. However, if the parent insist to see your actual copies of your certificates, you have to bring along on your first lesson.

Assignments

Indicate Interest Form

Indicating interest for our assignments is easy! Just fill in a simple online form and submit. If you indicate your interest, we will receive your request and review your profile. It definitely increases your chance of getting that assignment!

You must log in to your account to access the form to prevent spamming.

SMS Notification

Our SMS service is for you to receive tuition assignments ASAP before we search for suitable tutors. SMS will be sent out within minutes after we had assessed the request with the parent.

Criteria for sending out of SMS to you:

1. Area of the assignment is within your preferred area.
2. The level and subjects required are what you wish to teach.
3. The tutor's gender and race preference are met.

Progress and Feedback

Assignment Details

We will create an entry for every assignment assigned to you on your profile. It can also act as your experience as a tutor.

Feedback Forms

We will include an online link when we send the bill to the parent. Let the parents feedback about your teaching and other parents will choose you as more reliable tutor!  You may like to urge the parents to fill in the feedback form as it may be a hassle for the parents to fill in. This feedback form is optional for the parent to fill in.
